Every recommendation starts with the medium, measurement range, process conditions, installation limits and control objective. This application-first approach helps customers select a sensor that fits the real operating environment rather than relying on a generic specification.
Pre-sales engineers assist with selection and compatibility, while after-sales support covers installation, commissioning and troubleshooting. The goal is to reduce project risk, shorten decision time and support dependable long-term operation.
Ranges, wetted materials, process connections, housings, displays, power supplies, outputs, communication protocols, labels and documentation can be adapted to equipment designs or project specifications.
Flow, level, pressure, temperature, liquid analysis and wireless monitoring products can be sourced through one technical partner. This simplifies supplier coordination for OEM equipment, system integration and plant-wide automation projects.
Founded in 2013, Pokcenser combines product testing, calibration and aging procedures with configurable materials, protection ratings and certified options for demanding industrial and environmental applications.
Detect the Process Variable: An industrial sensor begins with a sensing element that responds to a physical or chemical condition such as flow, liquid level, pressure, temperature, pH or conductivity. The sensing principle is selected according to the medium and the required measurement performance.
Convert the Response into an Electrical Signal: The sensing element produces a small electrical or mechanical change. Internal electronics amplify, linearize and compensate this response, then convert it into a stable value that represents the measured process variable.
Transmit Data to the Control System: The instrument sends the measurement through an output such as 4–20 mA, pulse, relay, 0–10 V, HART or RS485 Modbus. Wireless devices can also transfer data through 4G, LoRa, NB-IoT, LoRaWAN or Wi-Fi when cabling is difficult or remote access is required.
Enable Monitoring, Alarms and Automatic Control: A display, PLC, SCADA system, data logger or cloud platform converts the signal into engineering units, records trends and triggers actions. A level sensor can start a pump, a pressure transmitter can protect a pipeline, and a liquid analysis sensor can adjust chemical dosing.
Reliable results depend on more than the sensing principle. The range, materials, installation position, process connection, power supply, protection rating and communication interface must all match the application. Pokcenser helps customers review these factors as one complete measurement system.
